Electrical, lighting, communication systems, and construction of signalized intersections as part of a national infrastructure project.
The Holon East Interchange on Highway 4 is one of the most significant national
infrastructure projects recently delivered by & quot; Netivei Israel & quot; along one of the country’s
primary transportation arteries. The project required comprehensive management and
execution of electrical, lighting, communication, and traffic signal systems, all while
maintaining continuous traffic flow on a heavily trafficked highway.
Ami & Igal was responsible for the full delivery of these systems, bringing advanced
engineering expertise, precise logistics management, and a deep understanding of working
within active transportation corridors.
Engineering and Execution
The project included the management and execution of multiple integrated systems:
Electrical and Lighting Infrastructure
Construction of permanent and temporary electrical and lighting networks, including
the relocation of existing infrastructure and the deployment of temporary lighting
systems to ensure uninterrupted traffic safety throughout all project phases.
Traffic Signal Systems
Design coordination and installation of two fully signalized intersections, providing
improved traffic flow, control, and safety for all road users.
Communication Systems
Implementation of communication infrastructure supporting traffic control,
monitoring, and system integration, in compliance with national transportation
standards.
Operational Continuity and Safety
Execution of works under live traffic conditions on a major national highway,
requiring meticulous planning, staging, and safety management to maintain
continuous and secure traffic movement.
The Result
A safe, efficient, and modern interchange.
Through precise engineering execution, rigorous logistical coordination, and
uncompromising compliance with "Netivei Israel’s" standards, the project was successfully
completed. The Holon East Interchange now benefits from a reliable and advanced electrical
and lighting network, significantly improving traffic flow, operational efficiency, and road
safety along one of Israel’s most critical transportation corridors.
